Step 1: ATP Testing
ATP is a molecule found only in and around living cells, and as such it gives a direct measure of biological concentration and health. ATP is quantified by measuring the light produced through its reaction with the naturally-occurring firefly enzyme luciferase using a luminometer. The amount of light produced is directly proportional to the amount of biological energy present in the sample.                                                                                                                                                                                .
Phase 2: 
Is the application of our BIO-ZONE microbial barrier. This is what the industry refers to as persistence. Persistence is the ability to destroy germs long after an application is completed. BIO-ZONE allows for germ and odor protection for​ up to 90 days after application. In short, BIO-ZONE creates a microscopic coating that protects surfaces for an extended period making them uninhabitable for germs and viruses to survive.
​HEALTHY AIR DISINFECTION utilizes fogging technology to apply BIO-ZONE . This allows for incredible accuracy and outstanding coverage of treated areas. Fogging technology allows for material to stick to surfaces as well as allow it to reach behind, under and into small spaces without direct contact.
On a very important note, BIO-ZONE solutions do not cause bacterial or viral resistance, which means germs cannot adapt to it. Utilization of potentially resistant causing disinfectants may cause greater issues and eventually a biofilm. Bio-Guard's solutions avoid these potential hazards.
